	Department of People's Right 大使館人民權利部 Department of People's Right be responsible for providing assistances and helps to all P.R.A citizen in Wong Ming Empire in the area of: ·Approving citizen's endorsement (note.1) ·Providing information of remittance of otherwise. ·Providing any necessary aids to victim whom suffers in crime such as Rape, aggravated assault or otherwise.    ·Providing information about available local Attorney-at-law, Translator, Doctor, Funeral's Contractor or otherwise. ·In case of any custody being held in related to P.R.A citizen, liaising the litigant immediately. ·Providing any necessary helps in related to all kind of serious circumstances such as Disappearances and kidnapping. ·Providing connecting service to whom may demand. ·Organizing emergency arrangements associated with terrorist attack, riots, natural disasters or otherwise. ·Providing immigrant's endorsement to whom wish to become a P.R.A citizen. (note.1): Whomever has the legal right to abode in People's Republic of America, registered in this department, will deemed as a legal overseas citizen and receives all kind of assistances, aids or helps that we have provided. 本部負責及提供一切美利堅人民於黃名帝國所需之協助，包括： ·簽註公民身份【註】； ·提供匯款資料； ·就強姦、嚴重襲擊、其他罪案或住院提供援助； ·提供當地律師、傳譯員、醫生及喪事承辦人的資料； ·在獲知該名美國國民被拘留後24小時內，盡力循正當方式與該名人士聯絡； ·對其他事務提供支援及幫助；如誘拐兒童、海外親屬死亡、失蹤及綁架； ·聯絡家人或朋友； ·發生恐怖襲擊、騷亂或天災時作出安排； ·為民眾辦理移民手續。 【註】：舉凡獲得美利堅人民共和國身份之人士，若於本部登記，將被視為合法海外公民，並獲得本大使館提供之一切協助。
