	黃名帝國和靖康民主共和國聯合聲明 Joint Declaration of the Wong Ming Empire and the Democratic Republic of Jingkang 一、應黃名帝國內閣總理大臣紀文思閣下、首席大臣青山杏仁閣下邀請，靖康民主共和國國務總理黃祺恩閣下二零二零年四月廿六日訪問黃名帝國，雙方舉行了正式會談。 1. At the invitation of Prime Minister Macy Liao and First Secretary of State Almond Tsingsan, Prime Minister Huang Chi-en of the Democratic Republic of Jingkang (DRJ) officially visited the Wong Ming Empire (WME) on 26 April 2020. An official meeting was held by both sides. 二、黃名帝國與靖康民主共和國同意，提升兩國合作至戰略夥伴關係，雙方合作項目如下：　　甲、黃名帝國將動議並支持靖康民主共和國升格為微型國家聯盟正式會員國。　　乙、黃名帝國將為靖康民主共和國架設論壇提供基礎技術援助，並在架設成功後，移交論壇予靖康民主共和國管理。 2. The WME and the DRJ agree to establish a strategic partnership, with the following cooperation projects: (a) The WME will propose and support the DRJ's elevation to official membership in the Union of Micronations, and (b) The WME will provide technical aid to the DRJ regarding the setup of an online forum and will hand over the forum's administration to the DRJ upon successful setup. 三、靖康民主共和國總統、國務總理歡迎黃名帝國內閣總理大臣、首席大臣在論壇落成後回訪當地。 3.
